Friday morning, December 2, 2016 Kemah Police hosted the first of their monthly Community Outreach “Coffee with Cops” event.  Art of Coffee in Toucan Alley was the location and the perfect setting for residents & business owners in Kemah to come out and meet our Police Officers.
