The idea behind KemahGuide.com is to provide a comprehensive online resource for all things Kemah, Texas.  I hope to be able to provide all of this information in one, easy to use place on the web.

Our little community of just under 2,000 people on the shores of Galveston Bay is chock full of great things to do and wonderful small businesses of all types.  From our local hardware store to quaint boutiques, a variety of restaurants & bars and the ability to be sailing across the bay from our backyard – Kemah is a great place to live, work, play or even spend a long weekend.  Each blog post going forward will feature either a local business or an event that is happening in the area.  This site has been created by, and is managed by a Kemah local – our goal is to make sure you don’t miss out on the many great things Kemah has to offer whether you live here or are just passing through.
